Australia only, for now
Teals ships within Australia only. We don't ship internationally at this time, so bidding and checkout are for delivery to Australian addresses. If that changes we'll say so here first.
Insured and tracked
Every lot is sent insured for its full value and with tracking, so a stone is covered from our bench to your door. You'll see the carrier and tracking number on My Wins the moment it's on its way.
One shipping charge per session
However many lots you win in a single session, insured shipping is charged once - not per lot. The cost scales with the value being shipped (a high-value parcel carries more insurance than a small one), and it's always shown GST-inclusive at checkout. Nothing else is added.
Timing
We pack carefully and dispatch promptly after payment clears. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and your location; you can track progress yourself from the link on My Wins.
