Australia-wide. Delivery to Australian addresses only, for now.
Express Post, signature required. Every order ships by Australia Post Express Post with Signature on Delivery. We do not authorise delivery without a signature.
Protected until delivery. Your purchase remains at our risk until it is delivered to your address. If it is lost or damaged in transit, contact Teals so we can resolve it with you.
How we cover transit risk. Teals bears the transit risk, whether we cover that risk ourselves or arrange carrier cover. Carrier cover has eligibility rules, limits and exclusions. You do not need to make an insurance claim with the carrier; Teals remains responsible to you until delivery.
Tracked, always. Carrier and tracking number appear on My Wins at dispatch.
One charge per auction. Your wins from one auction ship together. The $19 delivery fee is charged once, not per item; 2.5% applies to the combined winning bids. Win in more than one auction and each carries its own charge.
$19 + 2.5% of your winning bids. The charge covers delivery, packaging and transit protection. The percentage is calculated on your winning total for that auction, not on the delivery charge itself. GST is included. This is our delivery rate, not a pass-through carrier insurance premium.
Three items, one delivery charge. For example, win three items for $100 in total and delivery is $21.50 for all three: $19 once, plus $2.50. Your total payment is $121.50.
After payment. We pack and dispatch after payment clears. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and the Australia Post network.
