How does bidding work?
Teals staff do not bid. You can bid directly or set a private maximum. The system bids as needed up to that limit, using the auction's increments and any applicable reserve. Another buyer's existing maximum can respond automatically.
What happens if I win?
Winning lots from the same auction are grouped for checkout. Payment is handled through Shopify. Read the invoice and pay within the published payment window. Delivery uses Australia Post Express Post with Signature on Delivery.
What should I check about returns?
